In addition to IOA’s already existing safety tools such as Risk Score®, the Restaurant Safety Portal and the Learning Management System, we created additional restaurant-specific safety training programs that have enabled us to make a giant leap in the effectiveness of overall restaurant safety.

The best way to understand the power of these tools are to see them in action and see how they are implemented/used. The most common feedback we receive after sharing our program with new clients is “We never had programs like this with our last broker!” The proof is in lowering or keeping low the loss ratios and preventing both guest and employee claims/safety incidents.
