The training workshops of the 5-Star Restaurant Safety Program are delivered online live, instructor-facilitated workshops or via live, in-person, interactive format by trainers who have worked in every aspect of restaurant employee and management positions. Workshop participants are General Managers, Area Supervisors and Owners. These workshops set the foundation for a strong safety culture.
